What kind of file should I send?

We prefer .pdf files. You can export documents as a .pdf in most softwares such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.

Do you require payment up front?

Yes, we do require payment at time of order. If you are not ordering through our online store, we can take card over the phone for your convenience.
 

Can I have something printed off my phone or USB?

Yes! Just send us the file on your phone via email or bring your USB into the shop. There is a $2.00 charge for printing files off Email, USB or CD’s.
 

Can you resize?

We can resize hard copies up to 11x17.
 

What’s the biggest you can scan or print in house?

We can scan hard copies up to 11x17. If you have a digital file, it can be printed up to 12x18.
 

Do you have templates?

No. With our graphic design team, we create everything you need by scratch to optimize your company’s individuality. We do charge a design fee if you choose to use our design service.
